An active membership is compulsory for the use of any material resource available on this website, www.referencer.in except the pages marked “Referencer - Public”. The terms, conditions and policies of use of the website are set out below.

Once registered, your account will be activated, if the details provided by you are found to be correct and complete on verification. Multiple accounts will not be allowed. Membership of those members sub-letting their user name/password to others for use will be terminaed without notice. You may opt out by non-participation, however, any article/ post or content will not be deleted only because you desire it.
Please fill in the registration form very carefully as the membership activation depends mainly on the details saved by you while registering. Incorrect or junk values will disqualify you from becoming a member. You may be getting e-mails for further verification of your credentials. Further details including documentary evidence also may be called for. Please be informed that submission of the online registration form will not confer any right of membership on you. In case any material information input and saved by you during registration is found to be incorrect later, your membership will not be activated or will be deactivated, as the case may be. Account will be activated if you are found to be eligible according to the website policies and also if approved by the Administrator after completion of the prescribed enquiries/ formalities. The Administrator reserves the right to approve or disapprove any membership without assigning any reason whatsoever. Your membership may also be terminated if any information, provided by you during the registration or during further verification, is found to be false or incorrect at a later stage.

Each article/ post/ feedback by the member of www.referencer.in is a treasure of this website and the content becomes the property of www.referencer.in which will not be deleted or modified except under non-conformity with www.referencer.in privacy policy.
