15. Service abroad :-
(1) A member of the Service shall be liable, at the discretion of the Government, to serve at any place in the world. (2) It shall entirely be within the discretion of the Government to decide whether any member of the Service shall serve abroad or in India and no member of the Service shall be entitled as of right to a post abroad or in India, as the case may be.
