The Home Minister in his D.O. letter No. 11013/3/84-Estt. (A), dated 30th March, 1984 to the Chief Ministers of the States has emphasized the need for the Government servants, serving both under the Central Government and under the State Governments, to observe scrupulously and abide by any law relating to intoxicating drinks or drugs.
